Our Seasonal Filter Blend is a light-medium roast crafted for exactly those moments when you want a beautiful, freshly roasted cup without the fuss. No wild fermentation notes, no fruit bombs — just clean, smooth, classic coffee done properly. Sweet vanilla warmth, soft milk chocolate, and a gentle brightness that lingers. Every sip feels familiar and comforting, like your favourite mug on a quiet morning.
The body is light to medium — silky and easy-drinking, never heavy, never sharp. It glides across the palate and leaves you reaching for another cup before you've even noticed the first one's gone.
Drinking it black? This is filter coffee at its finest. Brewed black, you'll find gentle sweetness up front, a smooth chocolatey mid-palate, and a clean, bright finish. Perfect for V60, cafetière, AeroPress, or any filter method you love.
Drinking it with milk? It's wonderful. The milk brings out even more of that vanilla sweetness and softens everything into a beautifully rounded flat white or latte. Approachable, smooth, and endlessly drinkable.
